Deep Healing
This Session is the cornerstone of MOONGARDEN. Created as a way to hold space for all the parts of your wellbeing, Physical, emotional and spiritual. In this two-hour transformational session, we work closely and safely to liberate and restore the energy between the layers of your body. Supporting you to return to your life feeling lighter, more embodied and deeply connected to your essence.
The Experience:
-Seasonal tea
-intake, guidance and deep conversation based on your needs
-Bodywork session including Tuning forks and subtle energetic work, Esalen, accupressure to deeper tissue work depending on your needs

Frequency: weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on the level of care you need, this is assessed after the first session.

Reset
With your precious time in mind. This session is meant to address a single need or concern. Whether you are looking to unwind and relax or focus on something more acute coming up in the body, this is for you.
The Experience:
-Short intake followed by 60 minutes of subtle nervous system work or Deeper Bodywork focused on a particular area.

Frequency: Weekly or biweekly depending on your needs.

* This session is only offered to returning clients. If you are a first-time client the longer format session (Deep Healing) is required for a more complete intake.
Bodywork &
Bath Ritual
For the deepest unwind begin your session with an herbal bath to drop into your body, prepare your muscles and nervous system for a deep reset and step into the ceremony of release, followed by a restorative bodywork session. This session is intentionally held mostly in silence to give you the space to tune inward.
The Experience:
-Brief intake and intention setting
- Hot bath with flowers/herbs of the season harvested especially for you
-Seasonally appointed essential oils and epsom salts.
-Followed by 75 minutes of deeply relaxing bodywork to support the alignment and continuity of each of your body’s systems. With great care, you leave the session feeling renewed and grounded into being.
